Fully renovated 2,119 sq ft, 3 bed, 3 bath home with two fireplaces in Redondo Beach's Golden Hills. Beautifully renovated, with custom lighting and artistic details throughout. It sits on an oversized lot, with a private yard and mature landscaping. There's plenty of room to play, garden, barbecue and host friends. Inside, the main level flows as one great room. The kitchen has a center island, soft-close cabinetry and a sunny breakfast nook, and it opens to a dining area that seats eight. The step-down living room has a fireplace, beamed cathedral ceilings and a skylight. A main-level bedroom and full bath work well for guests or an office. Upstairs are two en-suite bedrooms, including a primary suite with its own fireplace and a private balcony overlooking the yard. Wood-look luxury vinyl floors throughout, and the bathrooms are custom. Oversized two-car garage plus driveway parking. Fantastic location close to schools, the Hermosa Pier and the Greenbelt.
